WARRANTY INSPECTION

A warranty is the single best investment to ensure that you bought the home you paid for. Not a new home with known defects but a top quality well built home.

A warranty inspection is generally completed in the 11 month of your first year of ownership. The inspection helps identify anything that has changed in the first year of home ownership and the findings in the report are used to alert the builder to needed repairs. Typical findings in a warranty inspection are simple nail pops, cracked grout, paint chipping, roof vents that have cracked, fungal growth in the attic, disconnected plumbing, and rodent entry into the crawlspace. In addition, many items have been tested by you, the homeowner, and we will be sure to note anything that you would like to add to the written report to ensure you are protected.

Time is of the essence so schedule your home warranty today and prevent being the one having to pay for the repairs because you didn’t document and report them to your builder.

Unfortunately, many new homes are being built way to fast and with an unskilled workforce. Protect your investment and have an expert home inspector verify everything is operating as it should be.
